jlbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbey account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jlbey's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlbey platform shall first be submitted to jlbey's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
jlbey operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jlbey may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
